The hook is hanging off the pine tree in the cool shade. Nearby stream bubbling away.Hang them up cut the tail off and bleed them good, dress, cool out, then cook them outside, like we do. LOL. WE never freeze fish.
They may have partially killed themselves off by overpopulation, or even doing too good of a job cleaning the water. Not sure.Zebra mussels were on ever thang when they first hit here, don't see them anymore? Guess the fish ate um??
The river I mentioned you'll drag up a couple on your hook and line when drifting bottom.Up here when anchor gets pulled up ya gotta clean the zebras off. Heard they getting into the generators and gates.

I was knocked cold by lightning when I was about 4. I was sitting on a team of horses holding a steel ring. The horses were tied to a tree, and my dad was hooking up another team of horses to a 4 horse disk. They said I was out cold for over two hours, and I had turned blue.That's rough..can happen to anyone.
