carp is GREAT BAIT!!!!

and usually if your not allowed to use it live, just cut it up....

most bait that is not allowed to use in specific waters it not allowed because they don't want the fish to spread around....

laws are wierd and you would need to talk to your local people about the specifics.

1 local law here in Nebraska says we can't use lmb as bait, but the game warden told me I just can't use it alive, they have no control over dead cut bait.

I've never used carp out here for bait, they're an invasive species put here by the retards at the DCNR...... Anywho, I doubt transferring them alive would be a good idea but chopped up I'm sure you could.
