Anyone here fish caesar's creek for flatheads? I am generally a river fisherman and am not sure how to get started on a lake. This is a 110' deep lake and I have no idea what depth to fish. Thanks for the advice.

throw one on bottom and one on top set your depth how ever you want on your bobber pole...trie to find a spot that is 10' or so then has a dramatic drop off in depth...that will be a good honey hole...what river do you fish at....i work at a machine shop in wilmington and r&l carriers...so i aint to far from caesars creek....so i might try some fishin there sometime
In lakes at this time of year you have to find the depth of the thermacline. In a deep lake like ceasers you will seldom find anything but musky below the thermacline.
