Yeah, that makes it a bit more difficult for my 24 hour trips! That plant is a bit closer to us though

 

I agree that it should work and catch well. The only thing might be needed is smaller wire to attach the jigs and curley tails. I believe the AB bass rig uses 040. This change should give more vibration.

We were down on lake Guntersville and some guys came close to our boat, didn't pay much attention to them.I heard a big splash next to our boat sounded like a fish jumping,it was one of thoes rigs.

 

Going have to order a couple of them badboys and try them out in my parts on some Skips, looks like it work. Thanks for the heads up on that one.

Tried one with smaller wire a couple weeks ago. no luck!! we were catching skips on sabiki rigs but no takers on ab rig Even tied one on the bottom of a sabiki rig 1 skip in about 15 min. We riged it several different ways. Good luck!!

 

i have tried them but not alot they did work but only got a few in about an hour but we didnt catch any on anything that we tough at them that day

 

personally , I cant see any advantage using one, looks to me like it would be alot of hassle compared to a sabiki rig or a single jig, But it is an interesting design

Thanks for posting. I expected the lighter wire to work well.

 

Last spring when i was at wheeler two all white jigs and a white jig with a chartruse tail tied in line worked like gang busters for the skippies ......simple and deadly.
