Eggs over easy, ham, toast and a big cold glass of milk would be my first choice, but I usually grab a honey bun and a can of Dr Pepper as I go out the door.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, though I rarely have time to have a good one except on Sundays. I like grits, biscuits with gravy and, BACON! Gotta have BACON!

Start off with bacon. Then fry potatos and eggs in the bacon grease. Then theres biscuits and gravy. Then the gravy goes on the eggs potatoes and bacon too. Its only good if your heart hurts when you are done eating.

Scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, grits and toast or biscuits. Sometimes a big stack of pancakes hits the spot just right. Either way need some orange juice to wash it all down.

When I was a kid my mom would grind up spam and cheese and mix it with coked grits and then put it in a mold to set and then slice it up and fry it in bacon grease. It was great ,poor folks food made with commadities.

I'm like Mark...steak n eggs is perfect, but I like country fried steak n eggs. Even in restaurants, it's my favorite no doubt.

Breakfast of champions...not sure which one I like best, but here are my top 2:

    1. Nice big porterhouse steak, scrambled eggs, toast with grape jam, and a big glass of OJ.

    2. Fried catfish, grits or rice, eggs (fried or scrambled), toast, and a big glass of beer...yes I said beer. My dads family which is mainly from the south turned me on to this some years ago when I was visiting them in Russellville, Alabama.
