yellow tail????

    bought some stuff called yellow tail does anyone know what it is??? does it work?? the local bait shop just started selling it

    Never heard of it

    Is it a fish?? Yellowtail flonder??

    Or a dough bait??

    it looks like chunks of some kind of fish..

    the fish I've heard most often reffered to as 'yellowtail' is yellowtail amberjack, now I believe there are lots of species that are called yellowtail, but this is the most common

    Theres a smaller shad that is called Yellow Tails there great bait here in Tn. They are smaller then Gizzard Shad have yellow on sections of there fins and tail.
