Here's a few pic's of my neighbors buck we took yesterday evenin. We were on our way to the woods and seen this buck chasin a doe from the road. We both have permission to hunt the ground and drove past the deer, pulled up in the land owner's yard and parked. I let Chestan take the lead, he's long over due to kill a good one. Anyway I hang back about 50 yards and he slipped within 2oo yards of this guy chasin this doe around. I'm watchin the woodline and couldn't see the deer but was on point in the event he made it to the timber. I heard the bullet hit and then the shot.
I let the landowner take my rifle while we drove out to pick it up and the doe is still there and won't leave. I figured why not fill a tag and was gonna shoot my partners 308,,,WRONG, he was out of shells. no biggie, i took off work tomorrow.:smile2:
