This is the best place I could think of to ask fellow fishermen. What is the difference between regular earthworms or night crawlers and red trout worms? The red trout worms in my opinion look the same and I really have know clue what the difference is. Thank you all for your time.

i suppose your talking about night crawlers and red worms. night crawlers get alot bigger and are hardier, also you can find them almost anywher that it is moist ground with leaf cover

Night crawlers are much larger than red wiggles, plus need to be kept cool. red wigglers are allot hardier of a worm. can be kept at room temperature and breed constantly. generally used for composting. tough little guys.
