I will be working in Clinton next week and then in Whiteville the following 5 weeks. I could use some good advice on where to go catfishing on the weekends during my stay. Does anyone know what a non-resident liscense cost?

Clinton is only about 20 minutes or so from Elizabeth town and Lock 2 on the Cape Fear.
Just follow 701 south straight out of Clinton to E-Town.

Or Leave Clinton on 701 north and hit a few spots on the Neuse river.

I'm less then 30 minutes from Clinton.
turn right out of the driveway. Turn right on 701, straight shot bro.

30 dollars for nonresident . That is good for a year.

I am finishing up a job this week and haven't heard of where I go to next so I my have a day or two off next week. I'll have to wait and see.

When you get to Whiteville, you'll be about 30 miles up the road from me.

You'll have the Lumber river and the Waccamah river to fish from Whiteville.

Lock 2 on the Cape Fear won't be all that far from there either.

I finished the job at Clinton yesterday and traveled down to Whiteville got checked in to the motel only to be greeted by a small tornado that just missed the motel. Watched it go pass from about 200 yards.
