    if they are in deep holes do you fish the top or bottom of the hole?

    Start on the front of the hole and work it to the back if you good enough current.

    I like to use frozen bait (shad) i'm begining to notice that cats prefer the frozen shad to the fresh ones. Cut them from ass hole to gills though.

    I use a 1/0 in the head and leave about 5 inches of line off your tie and put a 2/0 for the tail.
