Does winter weather conditions affect fishing for blues as much as summer time? Considering the Blues are so deep, I would assume that weather conditions would affect catching bait more than anything in the winter. Weather conditions probably affect the fishermen more than anything in the winter. I do allot of waterfowling in the Winter, so to me, any day is good.

i would say it affects the fisherman more than the fish

we fished prior to, a little during, and right after that big snowstorm last week

judging from our catches i don't think they were affecting AT ALL

during the winter, for me at least, i can fish in any conditions and catch fish .. rain, snow, sleet, clouds, sun, cold front, low pressure, high pressure, blue bird days .. it just dosen't matter
