Thought I'd share a few pics I took over the last few days, gotta get my fishing in before the hollidays. The catfishing has really slowed down now as far as numbers go, but you can still get a big one if you put some time in. These fish were caught 40-60ft deep on skipjack, water temps around 49.
    My 56lber and Wades 45lber.

I haven't caught a small blue (10lbs or less) in about a month. Everything has been 20 or better... I seem to be picking up loners and not getting into any schools. If I get three fish in a full day on the water Iv'e done good.

Hello all. I was fortunate enought to fish with DRC yesterday and pick up a 45 lber. Man I love to fight those big fish. My boat is a pleasure boat and it is tough to lift a 56 lb fish over the sides. I think a bass boat is in my near future.

Nice job on the cats there. Thats normally how it is for me when I catch good ones, slow days. They seem to be the loners and only hit in the afternoon hours. 2 is a good day for me if that happens.

Man! those are some nice fish. Looks like you guys found a nice spot to get those big blues. I would sit there all day for a chance to catch fish like that! Wade, a bass boat is not the best bet for catfishng. The carpet is a real pain to clean the blood and slime out of. My next one will be a deep v aluminum with lots of room and no carpet. Keep us posted. Love those big blue catfish!
