Could someone tell me when they pull water on wilson and wheeler lake? I am coming down that way april 22nd and I know you have to catch bait when the are pulling water, so trying to figure out what time of day this is. We are staying at wheeler state park, so any other advice about fishing would be much appriciated, thanks

i go down there and fish for skips. you can go to us dams go to flow charts and find it there

They only give generation times a day in advance. Go to the TVA website or call 1-800-238-2264 and follow the prompts. I believe Wheeler Dam is #30.

what about water temp in april? when do they (blues and flatheads) spawn on these lakes?
