His Sickle Hooks should have a warning on them.
Get ready to have one stick you. As if you try to pick one up. It will stick in you before you know it.
Man those hooks are so sharp. They will stick what ever is near them. And have almost 100% hookup with them.
I even use the Sickle hooks on Crappie jigs, And also have been tying up some skipjack rigs with them. Sure cuts down on the skipjack that get off. When you stick a fish with one of these bad boys. There on there until they get help from you to be released.
Gene thanks again for a great product.
I plan on replacing all the hooks on my jug kits with the sickle hooks also.

You sure are correct on that statement Pete, didn't take long to realize that just reaching into the hook compartment could be very painful, I would like to ask if your getting the smaller ones that you are tying up from Gene? Just ordered more for this year but don't recall seeing any smaller sizes?? Thanks

Well shucks Kenny if you stick yourself with them don't use a first aid kit. Cat fish like blood don't them ,so just hang your hand over the side of the boat "That way you can do some chummin . Let the blood trail inthe water.:smile2:

$10 for 25 hooks sounds like a good deal, and I am liking what I read on here about them. I just might be in the market for a few new hooks myself.

Guys today I was picking up a few hooks in one hand. And one hook was sticking almost to the barb in my finger and did not feel it.
    Now that is sharp.
Every time I pick the suckers up, I have one stuck in my hand somewhere.
