Why Wont My Image Change???

    i was going to post a thread about my liver curing rack and put some pictures in it but when id try it would say that they are too big so id go and make them smaller when i did that it atomatically went to the same size as it was just with less pixles,,, it has stumped me

    PLEASE HELP- Jeff

    500 X 400 is Max. Hope this helps.

    i know about the 500 by 400 max size, thats why i was trying to shrink them, but when i would it would still say that the image was too big.... it just kept goin like that so i just gave up on it

    What program are you using to shrink them with? You have to save the new one to your pics, I always add a letter after the original name or number of the file.

    I send all my pictures to my "my pictures" folder which I have set up to reduce them to the right size.Just my 2 cents worth which is probably all it's worth...

    Once you finish editing the pictures - make sure you save them!

    I usually use "save as" and name them something different and put them in their own folder. I deal with alot of pictures so organization is key.

    Make sure you remember where you put them too!
