Me and my brother went out yesterday. Fishing was real tough, we got 2 fish, a 7 pounder, and a 30 pound blue. Ony 2 bites, allday. We fished probably 7 holes in 5 or 6 hours.

Adam, Jim, don't feel along not only did I get skunked yeasterday, but spun the hub on my prop five miles downriver from the ramp. It took four hours to crawl back. Vern

went saturday to rough river. conditions couldnt have been much better or so we thought. it had just rained and the water was pretty muddy calm ,warm south wind and shad were everywhere. the only key that was missing and the most important in my book, was current. they had cut the output at the tailwaters in half just the day before and the water was dead still. we fished all day and only put 6 channels in the boat. we had to move all over the lake to get em too. gonna try it again today though.
