Sunday we managed 11

Biggest one was a 4#er

Down here in cali, at least in the hole i found, they LOVE cut FRESH MACK- flylined. Havent had any luck with the carolina rig lately. They just hit it once and leave it alone.

I hear ya Steve. I thought it was just me. This year has been terrible. No water+ no current=no fish. We had some rain this week and I'm hoping it turns them on a little more. The only places I have been having any luck is on the channel edges. Ya'll might wanna try that.

Its been pretty steady up these parts. Just this past Friday landed 3. Biggest one was 20 " smallest was a 8". Saturday didnt catch anything but my fishing buddy snagged 3. Two 14-16" one was tiny. Cant complain although was unhappy that Saturday I came out completely dry.

Hey, I like the new website:) We haven't been catching anything since july 4th , but hit the jackpot last weekend (at least for us, since we fish off of a dock and have no boat) a 5lb,21# one, two other eaters.
We had to start getting up at 4am and using a new bobber that has a light in it, and rattles boy it was so nice to remember how to set a hook and actually catch something besides turles....so i guess here in florida even up until 11pm it's just too hot, of course lighting runs us off a lot at night as well as killer big mosquitos.
