A friend of ours took my son and I out for a night of fishing for white bass. We picked up some bonus walleyes. 44 white bass (one shy of a three man limit) because some can't count. 5 walleyes with the biggest(caught by yours truly) going 23 1/2 inches and probably 5 lbs. My son caught the next 2 largest walleyes going 20 1/2 and 19 inches respectively. Our host caught the two smallest eyes going 16" and 18". The fish were hitting on crappie jigs under floating lights we placed in the water. The shad (baitfish) were schooling big time under the lights , drawing the predators we were fishing for.

I just got done cleaning our share of the fish.....man I'm tired ready to go to sleep now....:

Nice catch Tony, thanks for sharing. The local lake where I live here in SC use to be full of the white bass but they are not many to be caught anymore.I loved to troll for them, man they hit hard.We used small crankbaits and a bucktail/icefly combo. Were you using live or artificial bait?
