For the price of two jars of gizzards, you can own a net that will produce hundreds of pounds of shad for you over it's lifetime (If you're careful where you cast it).

Shad are living in most if not all waters of Oklahoma. Take the time to learn how to use your new cast net, and it will repay you a hundredfold every year you fish. Don't pay for some dead shad in a jar that will never work as well as fresh still bleeding bait.
