I can personally vouch for the fact that no matter where you are. That hamburger or steak originated in Kansas. Was out in Dodge City today. National and Excell beef are located there. The countrys two largest beef processing plants. Hows this for some stats. 20,000 head of cattle are slaughtered each day. 51 billion tons of feed are utilized each year. The city was wild. Its nothin but trucks and rail cars haulin beef. It was rather impressive to say the least. We also went to the "BOOT HILL" museum. It also was pleasure to see. South central and south western Kansas is a whole lot of open area. It has to have been one of the best road trips I've ever taken. LOL!

Yep, that's alot of beef. Most of the beef we carry is National Beef. Goood stuff, but I like Black Canyon better. Nebraska also has some good beef.
