Took the 6 yr old grandson this morning to Perry off our slip at rock creek.
Caught 7 channels between 7lb and 3.5 lbs all in about two hrs.
He had a blast cranking them in.
And the 7lber was his PS channel. And all were CPR by his suggestion and I agreed.

All were caught on secret-7 in about 12' water.

Did'nt make it to Banner due to taking longer smoking the brisket for dinner tonight than I thought it would take.
    Heading to Banner tomorrow.

Well I'm heading out to Lake of the Ozarks so i'll probably try to fish early tomorrow morning and early sunday morning since the fishing at night shouldn't be that great with all the fireworks going off.

I didn't get a chance to go fishing this weekend but I did get to try some fresh halibut, straight from Alaska. Yum! My dad and stepmother just got back. Dad caught a limit of 20-40 pounders but his wife caught a 110 pounder! It was bigger than she is.:smile2:
