I,ll be bank fishing Monday and wanted some opinions.Would I be better off at the the Bottoms or the dam this time of year with the water like it is?I'm kinda leaning towards the Bottoms,maybe walk out on that wing **** by the pier. What do you all think?

Wing ***** are all under water right now...the pier at Columbia Bottoms *may* be out of water...I spoke to the Columbia Bottoms office today and the water is at the top of the boat ramp as of today.
