where are these jumping carp? my mother in-law wants to go shoot some. are there any in the wabash if so how far up?

I know they are in Lafayette. We slay them. My buddy built a platform in the middle of the river last year and shot them with his bow.

barry i stand up on the bow with a aluminum bat and take practice swings at them . i havent heard that it,s illegal yet to do that. i,ve hit a few i,ve missed a ton hahahhaaha

What would happen if a person made up a board with spike nails and had that as a kinda bumper on the front of the boat. Would those jumping carp stick to it :smile2: like velcro. Kinda like a bed of nails. Just get the boat up to about 30 mph and collect carp for the garden. lol:smile2:
