whats your pb flathead catfish

    i figurd since i cant fish tonight id learn , and post alot, whats everybodys biggest flathead, mines 50 pounds,

    I,ve only been in the 30,s a few times.Here in PA.,a 50 will give you a new state record.Some of you southerners are getting spoiled.LOL:wink:

    I,m gonna try and save enough money to take a couple week vacation next year.I wanna fish the lower Ohio and the mighty mississipi while my backs still in good enough shape to do it.I,m researching and I,ll be giving a couple of you boys a call if I can get it all together!My healths going to hell,that,s number 1 on my bucket list.:eek:oooh:

    Just started fishing for the flatheads last year on a couple occasions. just this past weekend i did up my PB to 18lbs. Not big compared to the rest of ya, but for me it's a whole new style of fishing.

    Only 27 lbs here but it was really fun and I'm gaining momentum fast this year.

    it is way better south of illinois, from illinois up its not as good, thats why, i dont get em like them southern guys, but id fit in down there well, im not fond of illinois goverment, or the waters,, any way, it seems we are all averging around the 40 to 60 mark, on pbs, i cant say mine was right at fifty, my scale was bouncing around 45 and 50 and then it just fell to peices, and broke, but ill say 50, , or take a few off,, doesent matter,
