I would have to say my favorite is country. I do listen to a very wide variety of music old rock, hard rock, soft rock, some pop, a bit of classical . . .

Never really cared for acid rock.

I even listen to some old rap. Now let me quantify this. Old rap as in before the c was put in front of rap. Think pre 1980. Yes that old. Early sugar hill.

On occasion an instrumental or two . . . Think music box dancer.

Yea, I know, I'm kind of weird about music sometimes. (had to say that before someone else did!)
    ;)

Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble!!! It's been almost 16 years now since his tragic death, SRV was one of the most gifted performers of modern blues. I love the blues, BB King, Muddy waters, Robert Johnson, Buddy Guy the list goes on and on.....

Real country is my favorite...not this new crap that is coming out lately. Chris Ledoux has to be my all time favorite. But I will listein to anything from some rap..to all kinds of rock..and classical stuff. In general I have large appreciation for music as long as it takes talent to play and is half way decent.

p.s. "therockhound" not to be a jacka** but when you put "bauch" did you mean Bach? Just courious..cuz if so i will have to totally agree with you..he was a great composer.

Old country, starting in the early 50's, the kind they play on Hanks Place on XM radio or Classic Country on cable. I have Hanks Place going anytime I'm on the computer or on the road.

I lean towards the blues... John Mayall, Sonny Boy Williamson, etc..
Then jump up to ZZTop, Pink Floyd. Johnny Cash is my fav country singer.

Anything that is too stupid to be spoken can be sung.
