:D Same as you pretty much, also like white perch, crappie, bream,.......

and bass...LOL for bait (just kidding)

I mostly get the same size shad as you though. But the suckers I use are bigger than yours....ewww, that sounds kinda funny... :D

Are those gizzard shad in that first pic? They look like Gizzard shad, thats my favorite shad.

    Take it easy, Zakk :)

Cool, your lucky to be able to get them like that. The closest place where I can get them is 45 minutes away!

Oh, around here they dont have any shad in the little lakes, ponds, and stuff.
But I might see if it is legal to do it, and if it's ok I might put a few in some of the lakes around here, it would greatly improve the bass fishing in the lakes if I did. :)

Cattracker Dip Baits. Nothing even comes close to them when it comes to catching HUGE numbers of fish. Not even the real thing. God bless.

Shad is pretty good for all catfish spicies.

I usually fish for channels and I use livers, cut bluegills, shiners, minnow, night crawlers, and stink baits!

Around here livers seem to work really good for the 1 to 5lb range that about all I catch :crying:

For flatheads I use Shad, live bluegills, minnows, and shiners.

I don't catch many flatheads so don't take my word for anything!

    NO Blue around here :cry-big::cry-big::cry-big:

Live bluegill, shad, or any other legal fish depending on whats availble for flats. Cut skipjack, shad, shad guts, rooster livers, worms, for blues and channels. Not to say that I won't try or use other baits. These baits are what I use most.

nightcrawlers for suckers, cut suckers for cats. Like liver but get tired of the stinkin turtles. I got 7 leatherbacks in about two hours one day, haven't used liver much since then.

I like to use cut skipjack and, shad cut or whole. If I have to use livers or worms because I have no skipjack or shad I don't go, LOL!!!

shad for cut-bait (too hard to keep alive), and for live bait i'd have a toss up between pumpkinseed sunfish and baby carp as my favorites.

Whatever Flathunter has recently cut up is what I like! (inside joke, we always fight over whose cutting the fish, then the other steps in & steals it!)

Actually I guess it has to be FRESH cut shad. We netted some @ Paint Creek then cut it right away & boy did it look great, blood everywhere! Yum, Yum! :006:
