Whats your best advice as a fisherman?

    Mine is dont forget to put the plug in the boat ....lol

    If everyone posts one peice of advice im sure we would all learn something and for shure share some good info. So lets hear it, I know there are some good ones.

    Fresh line on the reels. Plenty of tackle. Hooks, weights, etc. Fresh bait.

    Just a few.

    When the little ones get bored and want to throw rocks in the water, then ya throw rocks for a while! Don't force them to set and "be good" or your just ruining a future fisherman/gal.......:wink:

    2. Don't forget your fishing gear
    3. Don't forget the minnow net if you are taking live bait
    4. Don't forget the landing net
    5. Don't forget to take your fishing license
    6. Don't forget to charge your trolling motor batteries before you go out

    If your done fishing and your about to toss your bait...if ya do , think about giving it to someone fishing off the bank. Doing something nice like that makes ya feel good ; )

    If you use spinning reels,,,,,,,,,, always make sure your drag works and is not stuck.

    Always check your line for frays before you cast it out. If you find a fray or knick, re-tie so you dont lose a good fish!
