Had to take some boxes down to the river lot to burn this morning, took a few pictures while I was there. Water is ridiculously high. Only on step showing on a 12ft section. Glad to see us get some water, but don't think we need anymore for a while now! Would like to get on the river some this month if things cooperate...rollo

The Auglaize here in wapakoneta is crazy high! The upper and lower pools are completely level with each other at the dam.And weve got new Log jams everywhere.Could make it interesting.

Sounds like more rain coming.... Bad part about the Muskingum, it doesn't drop and stabilize very fast like some other smaller rivers.. It will maintain a higher status until the weather warms drawing the moisture not only from the sun, but the root systems again.. I have noticed that during the cold non growth months the trees and the banks don't draw and absorb the water as well.. Of course, it isn't helping with the lack of heat ,and evaporation... But just seems to get high, and stay high during this time!:smile2: rollo

maumee is pretty high and wild, but fishable in spots. went today and caught one channel. netted some emerald shiners by a drainage pipe for bait.
