Whats the best paint to use on my rod tips

    i was in a argument and broke my berkly big game rod.and now i'm sick ,lol. i know dumb me . but anyway i just got a reel together for it yesturday.an old pflueger 641. i had to use a mitchel 300 handle. it was the only one that would fit . but its working none the less. but anyway i do have a couple rods that are older. but should do just fine. and i want to paint them white. but i dont want paint that will crack in 2 days when it bends . any tips of type of paint to use

    Why not just wrap a piece of reflective tape around the rot tip. Should do just as good as white...surely there is a little light to reflect.

    not a bad idea at all . i think i will go with that suggestion .cheaper huh. thanks mike

    Reflective tape is what I suggest too. To get paint to work properly on a rod is a real pain. You have to mix paint with a flexcoat epoxy type finish for it to be lasting.
