Last night was a casserole of polish sausage, taters, peppers and onions. Tonight will be sausage, biscuits, and eggs.

Last night: fried chicken and biscuits.

Tonight: spaghetti. I made sauce Saturday and seems like a good night to finish it off.

Chicken and rice with purple hull peas and turnip greens. Wife did the heavy lifting. I opened a bag of frozen greens and threw a ham hoc in there.

Hey guys! Glad to see everyone is still doing OK. We've been really busy, so I haven't cooked much. Last night was Arby's. Tonight, I made tacos. Just simple soft shell tacos.

Hey, Mutt, I finally did it. I bought a pellet smoker. I know what you're gonna ask, and no. It's not a wussy Treager. I went with Green Mountain grills. It has freaking WiFi and is completely programmable from my phone!
