Just thought I would get a post going to see what we all eat every night and maybe share some good eats.

Tonight at my house it's fried calf liver and onions.I know it will not set good with everyone but one of the things I crave.

    Mmmm, bait....

Nothing wrong with liver and onions once and awhile, couldn't eat it everyday. Had a late lunch, ribeyes, mashed tators, and black beans.

Can't wait for some fresh fillets again.

I've always felt that the real reason that Americans are experiencing that
"epidemic" of overwieght is that we generally have little control over the
events in our daily lives, can't pursue most of our treasured dreams but
we can cook up a storm for supper and forget about it for 12 hrs.

I had one of Jays favorites tonight, a fried spam sandwich, on toast, with fried onions of course, and just a touch of mayonnaise, so as not to kill the flavor of the spam. Oh, and of course, a big frosty mug of beer:beer::beer::beer::Happy:
