whats a good knot

    it kinda dumb question but what type of knots do people use?i use a basic twist and loop under.i wanna learn some different knots

    i only use the palomar knot to me its the best one to use.Ive never needed to use any other.

    Palomar, snell and dropper loops will cover 99% of your fishing.

    All I use are Palomar, Arbor, Dropper...unless a special situation arises...then I use Surgeon, Nail, Snell knots. I've even used a bowline for a sinker before.

    But, I believe the best all around basic knot is the Palomar.
