Cat fish and crappie only in freshwater. Saltwater: Dolfin, grouper, skate, blues, reds, shark, well just about all of it :)

Walleye, northern, crappie, flathead, and channel. Salt-water would be tuna steaks, and shark.

I forgot who makes them but those little crunchy fish sticks is my favorite. What makes fish good to me is gettin a good plate of golden fried fiddlers about once every six months.

Now if we's talkin shrimp and crawdads. I could eatem everyday. LOL

hate a repete but the 1-1 1/2# largemouth that come out of these lil farm ponds here are some very tastey snacks, and the flathead has to be the king in my ring. don't get it often but love it when i do.

In the prepared category- I prefer pickled herring, sardines in mustard sauce and blind robbin.

Fresh fish category- it has to be bluegill then catfish.

I cant leave out salt mackerel with fried potato's and boiled eggs for a hardy breakfast!

Well I was raised in Alaska and i haven't found anything yet that compares to fresh sockeye salmon or fresh halibut. Coho slmon and chinook are not bad, but sockeye is by far the best.

I think fish deepfried over a campfire is the best. If I had to pick 1 fish it would have to be red snapper. Next would be either catfish crappie rock bass or bluegills.
