I'm going to seine a couple of hundred crawdads and plan to keep them in a large wire basket in my 2,000 gallon koi pond. I need to keep them for about two weeks. Is there anything I can feed them?

They,ll eat darn near everything, but they love fresh fish. Just cut some left over bait up and feed them that.

Any type of fish or shrimp. They will eat just about anything even your Koi that are in your pond if they get a shot at them. Just make sure they are contained would be my best advice..

They would also probably appreciate some straw or hay to rest on. Funny, but the little critters drown.
