What is up with the Neosho?

Results seem to be way below par this year. It is not just me, and I am not seeing anyone catch much. Normally, the bait shop in Iola has several big ones in the minnow tanks but not this year. I am not even hearing anyone talk about anyone catching much. I have fished from Neosho Falls darn near all the way to Humbolt and only caught a very few small flatheads and one fat channel that went about 25. The flatheads have all been below 5#. The river is bank full and running like crazy now. Maybe it will clean itself out.
