What is a flier?

    I seen one on indiaina dnr website.It is a sunfish that lives in swamps and rivers in southern indiana.Has anybody ever caught 1?

    They have only been found in 2 spots that I know of. Pretty rare and I have never caught one. I thought about trying to get one last summer but decided that was alot of work for a rare piece of bait. But if you are gonna chase them keep in mind, the state record is 3.5 ounces.
