    What factors will cause catfish (channels) to stop biting for days on end?

    Cold fronts, Water temperature too high or low, Full moons can screw it up too

    I would also add the availability of too much (many) forage fish. JMHO

    I would add to this the food chain movement. This movement will relocate the fish. I agree with the above post.

    yup cold fronts will shut them off like a light switch every time.

    yep weather, fronts, and they could not be in the direct spot your lines at but maybe a half a mile down the bank.
