What do all of you keep in your tackle box? (besides the obvious...hooks, sinkers, swivels, etc.) I keep the following:

    Knife (for cutbait)
    Light
    Small roll of duct tape
    Pliers
    Cord (for limblines)
    Disposable Camera
    Scale
    and a couple band-aids

    I like to keep a;

beads to put betwixed the sinker and the swivel
And a picture of Marlin Perkins (< spell check) cause he was always "safely up stream" While Jim fought with all the critters

I like to have the following not always in my tackle box
-At least one folding knife preferably two
    -Nail clippers to trim line
    -Flashlight
    -Insect bite/sting treatment
    -Rags
    -Camera
    -Tape Measure
-Zip Ties (haven't figured out a good use, but they are good to have!)
    -Old 35mm film canister
    -Ziploc bags
-Toilet paper (my wife got mad when I came home and there were no sleeves on my T-shirt!)
    -Bug Spray Cutter or Off

I try to always carry firemaking material, as I am often fishing in cold weather where a dunk in the water could make things very cold, or an unintended overnight stay could be much more enjoyable with a warm fire and catfish cooking on a stick.

I always pack very light. Hooks, sinkers, a few bobbers, and a knife will do it for me.

All I take is a box with:
    -Hooks (different sizes)
    -Swivels
    -Beads for two ways

Everything else stays in the boat: knives, lots of weights, line, etc.

A coozy is one of those cheap foam insulators that you slip a cold can or bottle in to help retain the temperature.

The kind of coozy you're thinking of costs considerable more.

I go pretty light. A five gallon bucket with one of them inserts in the top that holds some stuff. Usually just a small plastic box with a few hooks and sinkers, a small fillet knife, Mini-mag lite, a few bobbers, bug spray and a couple rags. Also a small cooler to keep my livers or nite crawlers cool, along with my water bottle. If I'm bank fishing, I carry a small folding camp chair(back gets sore sitting on a bucket after awhile.) Oh yeah, a thermos of coffee.
