I fished new water to day and did great! Thay bit good at first but after the first three cats the bite slowed down but was still good. I caught 13 fish, 8 channels and 5 bass, I lost a lot of fish some big channels and some big bass, one of the bass was at least 7 or 8 lbs  The biggest channel was 4.6 lbs and the biggest bass was 5.5 lbs, and that puts me back in the lead for my tournament! :D

The first fish of the day was a 2.5 lb channel.

And the next fish was a 2.6 lb channel.

It was not long and this 1.2 lb mudcat hit my bait.

The next fish was this 2.1 lb channel.

And then this 3.6 lb channel hit my bait.

This is the big channel of the day 4.6 lbs!

Next up is this 3.5 lb channel.

And the last cat of the day was this 4.0 lb channel.
    And now for the bass!

It is a online Texas catfish tournament.

I caught the bass on the some bait as the cat, most were on baby mudcats but i did get some on cut shad, live and cut perch.

Yes we did. The farmer wants all the out of the pond so what we catch we eat, we did not eat the mudcat we let him go in a creek near the pond.

Nice mess of fish. Looks like you're ready for one heck of a fish fry.
