Water is still a little cool yet. In the 50's or so i've heard. Plus the up and down lake and river level. When that water hits 60's on up and the lakes and rivers stabilize somewhat be ready to hit it hard.

I was out on taylorsville today with no luck at all. The water temp was 63 and it is starting to clear up a little. A few more weeks and it should be prime fishing.
