26 gills, WOOT

Biggest being 1lb, all in 1.5 hours

Didn't know they still bit at dusk, bite started at 7pm and slowed down a lot by 8.30pm

Prepped and ready for the weekend Alamo trip, gonna test a 15ft deep spot tomorrow night and not sure where for Saturday night

Can't wait to get off work tomorrow, weeeeeeeeeee

Mean little bastards, of course I had to put my finger just to see what the fuss was all about, and yep it hurts and they were angry, the bigger one ended up murdering the smaller one underwater lol

Times A Summer. There Are Some Nice Flatheads In There, I Caught A 49lber.
A Few Years Back. It Would Be Nice To Know Where You Are Getting Your Gills,
It Is Tough Finding Live Bait Anymore. If You Don't Wish To Tell Me, I Understand.

Caught it under a train bridge off of HWY111 and Ave. 58 in Thermal

Went to Lake Cahuilla in March and caught nothing, did see a ton of small carp

Team760 and I will be out there. We are going to a kids function in El Centro Sat morn till about 1pm and then we will get getting out fishing later that evening/nite. We may mess around some pipes for a little bit as well.

I was sight fishing for a pretty good size channel at one last week when a little half pounder came up and smashed my bait . I hook em and spooked the spot next bite was a 30lb soft shell , had me fooled again.

Welcome to the BOC. Good folks here, I'm sure people will give you some direrction for bait. Can always use goldfish for a backup plan. I'm up in Fresno so I can't really tell ya where to go or what to look for. When I fish for flats it is in the Blythe/Palo Verde area. Good luck and give us some reports when you go out.

Never tried it there, didn't even cross my mind to give it a try actually, what have ya gotten there?

Bug spray will be brought, so will dry cow turds and logs for burning

Yep, Those are what we call crawdads here, they are best used here right after they shed there shell and are soft! Good luck and good fishin'!
