    Here's one from NOAA and the National Weather Service. So far it has been pretty accurate. http://www.nws.noaa.gov/om/marine/home.htm Click on the map and select where you are fishing. You will have to click probably three times until the map gets you where you want. It even breaks forecasts up for different part of the river.

    The Noaa site is the best. You should also go into the section on charts and view charts up and down the Potomac and the other trib's and out to the ocean. Their is a PDF file on the Coastal charts#3 that give great detail on the tribs and other inportant notations that are not on the charts.
