Will the catfish still bite of the river is up and muddy? I never seem to have much luck when the water i slike that Here in northern Ohio we have been getting quite a bit of rain. I am going for a few days this weekend and I am hoping to have a good outing!

when the water is high and muddy thats when i want to be out on the river. Look for log jams, eddys or anything that will cause a current break. And the catfish will stack up in those areas

I agree with PenDog. When the water is up and muddy the fish have been knocked from there holes and previous log jams and prefer to stay off the stronger currents and they love to gang up around log jams and edies where the water slows and breaks. Most of the time there's more than one . Good Luck !!!
