The St. Francis river is no more than a mud puddle. Places where there are usually 15 foot or better in depth are now 5 foot deep. Hardly any waterflow. Skeeter's are plentiful and the smell is stagnant.
We're 10+ inches below normal rain fall. How's your area doing?

In Jefferson City we just (2 weeks ago) had a good rain fall the MO river came up 2-3 feet in about 2-3 days. Finally went back down last week, it is below, before rain level though. Don't worry it will eventually rain there can't last forever.

Well boys it's coming your way, we just got 2 inches of rain here on the very tip of southeast Iowa we connect to Mo,and Il. Looks as if another bit of rain is blowing in right now. Hope you all get some rain, but if you don't, you definately get what we don't need. LOL Later Andy

I know it's been terrible in southern MO but here in the northern part were not near as parched. I hope you get some rain soon, sounds like you can really use it
