so last night me, my buddy gordo, and jim white aka "the great white fisherman" took a trip... jim was at work until midnight so me and gordo took his boat with most of our gear to the spot early... it rained from 6pm to midnight and was COLD AND WINDY the rest of the night... jim arrived right after the rain stopped so he lucked out but i was soaking wet already... the rain suit hardly helped..... it was completely miserable... i missed one fish on a dropped line about 75 yards out and that was it the whole night until about 6am when we said screw it....... it was a skunked trip on top of a miserable night but at least i have these awesome pictures...

you can see why we almost snak hahahaa

i didn't know that little boat could hold so much crap!

we were over towards the main salt fork marina on the west side of the lake...(less vehicle traffic where we put the boat in)

Had one guy put in a 14 or 16 foot lowe boat with a 9.9 and three people and he did just fine. It took him awhile to get there but he did it.

they are custom made rods i got off a buddy of mine (jcat61) that come from the james river in virginia..... they are very similar to the rods that black and blue customs used to make.....
