I went to check the water temps at a couple spots this morning.

Licking river below Dillon falls: 49.1
Dillon lake at the 146 ramp: 50.5
    Muskingum river at riverside: 49.3
Still can't put a boat in at riverside due to high water.
The 146 ramp is clear, just a little higher than normal.

Schuykill River is around 49 degrees too.
If it shoots to 52 or 53 by next week, I may give it a shot!

I guess it depends how much is coming in from all the creeks that feed it and how far the overflow is open, but its far from stagnate. As you know on a body of water that size the wind is always blowing a little bit stirring the waves.
