Water Surge??

    I read a post about a 20' water surge coming thru south western Indiana??...with the water rising so fast and so much, how is that going to effect the cattin??

    i assume its when they open the flood gates up-river to level out the river..?? I know the last day or so the river has risen about 15-20'

    if you mean a significant rise, it should mean youll have good luck. it will put your fish in predictable spots for you to feedum.

    the fishing should be good right now if you can get out an find them in the cover there hiden in they are going to be laying in behind loghs rocks any were they can get out of the curent

    Yes, Great time to fish!!!! I have even caught them up in flooded timber that would be normally just dry woods. Be careful of navigating. If the current is swift don't try!!!

    its actually came up about 7 ft. roger... caught nice skips today about 2 dozen in about an hour...
