Water Clarity

    How does this effect all catfish behavior? For example, say where i fish it rains all week and the lake is up and the water is really muddy will they feed any diff? thanks for any advice.:big_smile:

    I have found over the years that a good rain increases the feeding for cats. In certain areas of a body of water more food is washed into the water and they know this. I have found that flooded areas that are normally not accessable are productive.

    Water clarity does affect catfish much if any. Catfish cannot see very well and feed mostly from smell and vibration from baitfish.
