i had posted this before the crash, litterally right before the crash, and never got to see if it was answered. so here it goes again.
so im leaving for Tn. in a week or so, i got a guided bluecat fishing trip and while im out there i want to try and pad my bait freezer with some skippys.
anyone know if you can catch skipjack from the shore at lake pickwick Tn.?
if so what is a good bait/lure to use? and any suggestions on a place to start looking for them.

Here goes again. I was there the first of the month .. It was a blast caught about 200 in two hours. Used a sibki rig , a four hook one, with a 1/2 oz spoon on the end. Got four at a time once or twice. Fished on what I would call the north ,side below the dam. If they are still up you will have all you can take care of in short order. Also try the ribs at the cafe next to the motel there in Counch ,they are hard to beat. Have a good trip
