Wabash river

    Been to the Wabash three times this week in Terre Haute In. We need some rain very bad for sure it is now getting hard to get in and out of the ramp at Fairbanks park.

    try clinton it,s deeper water up that way and alot more cover to fish around there too . if fishing from fairbanks you should be fishing way south of i70 brigde or fishing up north of 40 up there there,s 2 big deep holes on each side of the river next to the last rail road brigde the one on the right is deepest there,s always some nice cats laying in there . south of 70 fish that high back area south to where you,ll see the big back eddy it,s all on your right as you go south it,s deeper water there or you could try down near darwin ferry it,s down by praire creek . it,s not too bad there lots of cover deepest hole we found 3 weeks ago was 18 ft i hope this helps ya

    as far as bait i use the same as you plus i use my home made stink bait it works good for out of the strong current areas
